Shipping

For your convenience, you can pick up your order directly at Brandmaster Promotions, or we offer several different shipping options:

- You may schedule a pick up via Courier
- Ship via UPS , Fedex or USPS

In some instances, special shipping requests may be honored. Contact customer service with your order number for more information.

Brandmaster Promotions will always blind ship your order to your end users. There will be no trace of our name associated with your shipment and your address will appear in the return address.

Drop shipping and other services are available with additional fees:

- Shipping fees are based on weight, dimensions and zip code
- We ship Fedex unless otherwise requested
- Invoices must be paid prior to any orders shipping on Brandmaster account
- We can ship on customer account, please include shipper account information on the shipping portion of your work order
- Drop shipping cost $3.00 per box

All garments will be repacked in original packing cartons with shirts in printer’s bulk folds of one dozen per size per color unless the customer specifies otherwise. Return shipping charges and labels are the responsibility of the customer. Polybagging is available – see price list for details.

Receiving

All in coming freight can be shipped directly to Brandmaster. Please remember to use the same PO# on your order and send as follows:
